Given there is a delay in the virus symptoms showing themselves, and that as a shared space we have a responsibility to our community, we are giving anyone who has booked an event the option to cancel with a full refund.
If you are going ahead with your event, please ask everyone who feels unwell and has any of the coronavirus symptoms (however mild) to stay away to protect the most vulnerable.
We will keep an eye on the wider situation and revise hall use as necessary.
