We collect information about you when you make a request to book St Matthias Hall, the Dissenters Gallery or St Matthias Church. This may be via our website booking page, by email, on the phone or in person. The information we collect may include your name, email address, phone number and details of the event you are planning to hold. We may also collect information about you if you voluntarily complete customer surveys or provide feedback.

We collect information about you in order to process a potential booking, get in touch with you about an aspect of the booking and to take a deposit if you decide to confirm a booking with us.
